-prepare to work 8-6, or 9pm or til whatever time to cater to other regions. staff love to have 8am meetings. -makes you change your role every 18 months -lowest bonus ever -once management change, expect your role to change as well. no body cares what you're doing, they only manage up. all talk about employee progression, but its all about themselves and delegating task to the lowest food chain
