-bond 9 wants machines not employee -they plan your monthly goal. But will drive you crazy everyday on how much you have -they don't trust their people -takes more then 6 months for them to trust you -doesn't matter if you are new! You need to provide

Total lack of care for the people who work for them. They do not appreciate your hard work. You can have a fabulous day in sales and never hear a good word from them. You can have one bad day with hardly any sales, and they threaten your job.

longtime employees are very clique-like and made newcomers feel ostracized. whenever the owner was in the office she would openly be verbally abusive about colleagues and would also use foul language. no human resource department. the "office" is below street level beneath the retail store and is reminiscent of a dungeon. there are no windows, no air conditioning and no heat.

The company is mismanaged and have no empathy for their employees. There is no growth and no pay increases. No holidays or vacation pay. No weekends off ever!

No life! No pay vacation! No pay sick days! No benefits! No days off! If you make a mistake on the register you have to pay for the product with your own money no matter the amount. Management is abusive something in this company is not legal. Working for this company becomes detrimental. Do not accept or believe anything they say, at the beginning they make a picture perfect, once you’re in they make your life miserable.

Where do I start : - pay so little for all the nonsense you have to deal with - they don’t believe in vacation - discriminate against you - they don’t care about their employees so much so that you eat in a corner of the back room. You sit on the stairs and have to get up every other bite to let other people from the company pass by - they don’t believe in you getting sick . No matter the doctors note - the commission is a joke - you have to sacrifice your life to work here - they give you your schedule one week in advance so this means you can’t make any plans ever in your life . - CEO doesn’t care to know you

Horrible horrible horrible. Worst managerial experience I have ever faced. Our own manager was caught stealing the products and arrested. They are bullies and have absolutely no feelings for any of their staff. Surprised this company is still running.
