Terrible place to work, even for a couple of weeks

Nothing at all, besides the fact that it is relatively easy to get to.

Cons

I think I had PTSD after working here. Words can not do justice to the atmosphere in that place. The owners are nightmares, both of them. If you take a sales position here, you will use a CRM that is outdated, you will be cold calling the same people whom every sales person before you (with the exception of the two sales people who have been there since day one), have called. If you get an appointment you will probably need to take the owner who will embarrass you with his lack of people skills. They will look for every opportunity not to pay you what you are owed. You will leave there a nervous wreck.

Jason is a nice guy and he understands real business, he understands employees and with any luck he will take over and his parents will leave.

Cons

No raises ever, no smiles ever, threatened everyday to loose my job, never any compliments

Can't think of any positive things. Some of the people who work are very nice, though you can see a pained look on everyone's faces.

Cons

Completely disrespectful treatment of all their employees. It boggles the mind that this kind of behaviour is possible and tolerate in a country like Canada.
