The culture there is fantastic. It's an excellent place for learning and growth. Flexible working hours are a significant perk. They ensure a great work-life balance. The work produced is of high quality. There is no micromanagement, fostering independence.
Cons
There is no compensation for devices and their usage. Employee engagement is lacking. Resources are limited.
