unique idea, different tasks and jobs from day to day to keep from getting burned out
Cons
Unappreciative to time and effort put to get their tasks done, No matter how much you do, it wont mattter.

While the company had some challenges in the beginning, as with any new company, leadership has made several changes for the better. We have a great culture and a family friendly environment. For a newer company, the potential here is great! I absolutely love the PTO policy.
Cons
Boxman Studios is a unique company in terms of their product. With that said, sometimes it is hard for newer employees to grasp the concept. The team does however do everything they can to grow employees.
