The best pro of working here is giving your resignation notice. Every day is a living hell working with executive management who are liars to employees and clients.

Cons

Let's start with the short list: liars, cheats, thieves, micro-managers, dis-trust of all employees. The management and cheapskate CFO now track how long employees go to lunch, what you ate for meals (they demand itemized meal receipts - a general credit card receipt is not good enough!), and how you spend your free time. They lie in front of you to customers, over-promising on deliverables knowing they will never make it. Just a miserable little company that should rot to hell.

Best company for managers who can play the cards well

Pros

Work from home is one of the best thing. You can manage your personal business while still drawing full time salary. This company has direct contact with SAP, we have a lot of projects dealing with clients directly. Join this company if you're not tech savvy but know how to play the cards.

Cons

Small company. Although company was established by SAP Founders but we don't have many projects and there is not enough staff to support new projects either.
