Fast moving startup culture for millenials

Cons

This is not a professional work environment overall. Company is weak on the benefits, management & leadership is lacking, bad communication between sales management and salesforce, company doesn't have a clearly defined growth strategy. Lots of pressure to perform daily, as the company isn't profitable yet.

Prior to working at Brandfolder, I hadn't been involved with a startup culture and didn't know what to expect when I signed on. Now I can confidently say that I couldn't imagine working anywhere else. It's a true team environment where everyone chips in to make both each other and the company better. I would absolutely recommend Brandfolder to anyone interested. Proud to be an employee here and excited to see whats to come!

Cons

My boss consistently shows no mercy on the ping pong table, often resulting in hurt feelings and broken dreams.

Pros

The DAM market is hitting a great spot with tremendous interest and activity, and Brandfolder as a company is well positioned to capitalize on that. Additionally, the maturity of the Brandfolder platform gives a tremendous amount of opportunity to the team to explore and do new things on the cutting edge of technology and product delivery. Additionally, the company on a whole is extremely transparent. It's a very well-rounded company which values all components of the business.

Cons

It's really important to be a self-starter and find the ways in which you want to contribute and grow. The company has tremendous opportunity, but there is enough going on that there isn't time for micromanagement of everyone's work, rather trust and empowerment in each person.
