The leadership is terrible. They make bad decisions constantly, and employees suffer as a result. Their awful decisions include outsourcing everything to India and compromising on quality. They lie to clients about many things, including deliverables. The ambiance is horrible, too. Employees are asked to handle the workloads of at least three people. If you refuse, these evil people tell you that you are not doing a good job. What a joke! They have to understand quality vs. quantity. Most of the clients are treated poorly, too. Unless they are one of the big ones, they are not worth caring for. As a result, they are losing clients constantly. It's horrible. They will sink soon if they don't change their attitude.

Anyone who works here will lose all motivation to work. These arrogant people pay poorly and expect brilliant performance. They also ask you to handle brutal workloads with terribly tight deadlines. Honestly, they treat you in the worst possible manner. That's why most employees don't stick around for a few months here. Beware!
