Honestly, not much PROs to talk about. Just trying to meet the minimum word limit
Cons
Must be able to accept being shouted at by staffs who are of lower rank. Even meeting(s) were held in a shouting environment. Must be able to accept vulgarities being hurled around almost on a daily basis from supervisors to lower rank staff and worse thing management staff thinks it is good as there is control over those low ranked staffs. Minimal human respect given, as the people thinks MUTUAL RESPECT needs to be earned. Insubordination sighted.
