A pretty good place to work in sales...in 2023. Not so much in 2024.

Pros
Builderscrack was a GREAT place to work in the fledgling but growing Sales team - in 2023. The base salary was pretty solid and commissions were generous enough. You could easily make $90k - $110k. One positive now is that you CAN still have work-life balance. You won't work weekends and you can easily leave work at 4 pm as well as work remotely one or two days a week. So, it's not all bad.
Cons
In 2024, new management gutted everything and made it a micromanaged, UN-fun place to work. It's rough.

Pros
A great team of people, who are all genuinely focused on looking to do the right thing for the customer. I enjoy spending time with my team members, and we have fun while working hard to make sure our customers have a good experience.
Cons
The office location is a bit remote - not too much else around.
