Small setup in Singapore, director, salesperson & administrator.
Cons
Micro-managed office. you can't do anything without the approval from the head office. sometime the decision is just not suitable for the Asia culture. They lack Singapore knowledge and not willing to understand, thus, not giving the fringe benefits to the employees what a standard company provides to their employees. Employees on yearly contract and the turn over is very high. retrench female employee back from maternity leaves.
