    I worked at Burson-Marsteller

    Pros

Great colleagues who helped guide me and taught me the ropes. Management were very friendly and caring Great experience working at a PR agency and lots of hands on work. Small staff size which leads to a closely knitted office where everybody knows everybody.

    Cons

Most staff work long hours although official working hours are from 9-6. Work may seem alittle mundane and interns are often given tasks without proper explanation. Interns are treated like full time staff although the workload given is lesser. It would be good to be able to learn more and a structured internship programme for the duration.
