      Great families, great students, strong education focus

      Cons

      Long hours, favoritism, administration is disconnected from reality and students, professional development is not helpful and oftentimes has no direction, no retention of teachers, focus on keeping students happy and not always doing what is best for them

      Pros

      the Kids and their families are great.

      Cons

      Admin is clueless, huge detachement between students and admin. Admin Cares more about numbers than actual students. Admin has questionable ways of ensuring some student's pass to boost their stats. Upper Admin gets their pay, but wants to short its teachers and admin pay No movement. Upper administration is majority not people of color despite many of its students being POC.

      Pros

      Free snacks every Wednesday, there are some amazing students, and the teachers are awesome.

      Cons

      As the school is transitioning into a restorative justice model, the school rules and expectations for conduct have gone out the window. The students can almost do whatever they want with no consequences. The teachers are overworked and underpaid, and the admin are leaving left and right.
