      Pros

      We received a decent amount of bonuses, but nothing amazing.

      Cons

      Don't be a minority here of any kind here, for one. You'll regret it. Nepotism is high. Management is entrenched and loves smelling it's own poop and telling themselves it doesn't stink. There is no upward mobility for certain departments, and anyone you might talk or complain to for help is part of the problem. The volume of work is constantly escalating with no additional compensation. Also the health insurance offering here is a joke. Only HSA is available with no other options.

      Pros

      Pay is fair, schedule is flexible, job asks for little and gives room to grow. Turnover is high enough that those seeking advancement do not have to wait overly long.

      Cons

      Leadership often gives confused directives. Poor management in places means people with knowledge are not people making decisions. Overall well led.
