Amazing how seveal associates within your dept., as well as from other area depts., provide positive feedback that you are doing great but your (male) leader provides you the opposite; very negative feedback because "he" has issues (personal and professional) with diversities who are more savvy then "he" is. There is a steady turnover of great people here and the need to clean house and re-evaluate ALL leadership, especially males, is urgently needed to stop the boys club harassment against any and all diversities in every dept.
