      Payment and other stuff is good

      Cons

      Very stressful workload dealing with addicts and con artists all the time with strict GDPR and rubbish/short training. Under constant threat of being responsible for company shutdown due to incorrect dealing with clients. Also working weekends and nights

      Pros

      Most managers in the company including the department heads, head of CS and even the CEO have started working as CSA, so the company definitely promoting growth. There are many benefits for CSMS employees, such as 25 annual leave, health insurance with dentist options, gym card, and even free books but much much more (i think overall around 25 benefits)

      Quite a lot of work but at least its never boring :)

      intelligent colleagues convenient location - used to be in Lozenets, Sofia

      Cons

      night shifts huge workload check in and out with a card even when you need to go out for a smoke or have a bite outside
