They will gladly take the short end of the stick, at the expense of additional work for their team. - Project requirements are written in Korean, you use Google Translate to get the inaccurate English version. Sample data is not provided, you have to come up with your own. When you get to the testing phase, they tell you that you misinterpreted the requirements so you have to refactor your code. You end up with a project with a delayed target date because of endless issues caused by poor quality code along with daily changes in requirements. - All the standards and guidelines you studied during the training period are thrown out the window once you start working on a project. Zero coding standards, zero code reviews, even bosses will gladly skip some security and optimization measures just to shorten the delivery time of a project. - Management is impulsive. They just imposed a full back to office order with 3 days notice.
