Do not expect Calian to invest in your professional development or in your advancement. The company's interest is driven by profit margin and shareholder happiness. You will be in a fixed role for the duration of your contract. Do not expect Calian to reward initiative. The client probably will before Calian ever does.

If you approach them with an issue or advocate for yourself then management fires you without cause. You have no prior forewarning and no way to discuss issues. There is no feedback from anyone. The same individual who fires you says they are going to look into things and help you but they don't. If you go against her views she just lets people go. No opportunity to find out what you may have done wrong or to help you improve. They do this to people who have been with the company for years. Not an employer that you can trust.
