      Pros

      Laid back environment "Unlimited" PTO (but if you go over ~130 hrs they will ask you about it)

      Cons

      So much mixed departmental responsibilities. Too many people trying to do everything. VERY high turnover, your job is not secure at all.

      Pros

      Crazy good benefits: Unlimited PTO, paid holidays including many that aren't yet recognized federally, 401k, Medical, Dental, Vision, and fully expensed trips to conferences and trainings. The culture and people who work here are very like-minded and lovely individuals and much of the work is done asynchronously.

      Cons

      As a start-up, a lot of promises are made that often aren't seen through. Additionally, while you're working there, you're treated incredibly well, but as soon as they can't afford you, you're on your own. With how much money is dropped on varying projects and events, it was only a matter of time before the layoffs started.
