1. Timely Salary and incentive

1. No campaigns to earn the incentives, all the worst campaigns in the market get selected and bid on in this company. HR has revealed that Tele-Marketing is a side business for them so whatever is left in the market gets sent to CandorWorks. 2. Management has gone from best to worst 3. Assistant Manager does not know at all how the process work, and is like a puppet to Ops Manager 4. worst manager and SME currently handling the process. who does not know a single thing about process and knows only 1 dialog "You are getting compensation to work, how to do that is up to you, that's why we hired you, figure it out yourself " 5. No help or guidance from SME in any issue, it goes reverse here, SME asks you what to do in various situations cause of very little knowledge. 6. At the end of the month management decides to go for the campaigns which are hard to score on, so people never complete the target and all the incentives never leave the management's pocket. 7. Too many unnecessory extentions in shift. Asst. Manager Narendra Chinappa always remember to give the worst campign at the end of the shift and does not care about employees work health balance at all.

Worst Company ever with very poor management.

No future you just fill the managements pocket. RNR is full of politics which must be based on the work you do. Politics when it comes to incentive by decreasing the credits which impacts on gaining the monthly targets . As per Target designed by company even if you complete the target you won't get the incentive properly. Telemarketing is the side business for the company as HR accepted and said in skip meeting. Telemarketing SME has zero knowledge about the process and worst in team handling. Assistant manager has zero experience in Telemarketing but still is the Assistant manager.
