Sink or swim - training is minimal if you do receive any, you may be put in projects without the company seeing if you have the relevant skills to carry out that role properly. If the client is unhappy with you then Capacitas cannot do much to help you and you'll be left on your own in a tricky situation. If you're asked to join a project, MAKE SURE that it's something you can handle.
A huge amount of politics, as it is a smaller company things spread around fast and there's a lot of competitiveness within the company. I didn't believe other reviews left online that mentioned this before I joined, but it is very accurate.
Not much effort to do social events, and due to the competitiveness and politics mentioned above, the socials had a bit of a weird vibe where they only talked about work - felt like walking on eggshells at times.
Pay is less than the industy average (in London) for doing more work than you would do at larger companies like the Big 4 firms. Because Capacitas is very small, you will probably be required to take on responsibilities internally that have nothing to do with billable/client work.
Visa sponsorship process is prone to delays and poor communication from the company from what I observed (this is more for people applying from abroad/international students looking to apply)
