Pros
I worked at Capital One for about two years. The work life balance is definitely the best I've ever had, and the people I worked with were nothing less than amazing. The tech stack at Capital One is centered around AWS, and being able to have the skillset is very useful.
Cons
Hard to get promotions when there's a maximum number of promotions in each organization. Snacks/happy hours in the office were slowly going away.
