      If you like travel it will be frequent

      Rampant nepotism with favored employees will never be criticized, and any short falls will be blamed on anyone else. There is a lack of technical knowledge in the management team. CYA culture is everywhere and no one takes ownership of the work You will be over worked on salary to the point you could fall below minimum wage. Safety is a farce and show, doesn't actually exist on site. in just a year with the company there were 2 explosions on my site. Company headed in worse direction when I left, do not expect it to get better with time.

      So minimal I am unable to document anything.

      Cons

      A complete mess of leadership, with constant backbiting, infighting, and a complete lack of a plan of attack. Everyone seems to be anxious to get their next promotion or job, as opposed to helping to complete what they are currently working on. Safety on sites is a compete disaster.

      Was a great company with a family feel. Then they hired a hatchet man that fired all the talent and thise he didnt fired left. The company has no leadership

      Upper management has no clue All the talent and experience is gone No future Only one client and they want to fire them I would give them less then one star you would be better off at home seriously
