Pros

Nice people who seem to care about their employees Decent benefits

Cons

While I believe the leadership team is made up of genuinely good people, the work environment for women feels outdated—like stepping back several decades. There’s a noticeable discrepancy in how male and female employees are treated, regardless of job title or responsibilities. It’s bizarre. . If you’re coming from a structured, corporate background—or if you’re a career-driven woman looking to grow and be taken seriously—I would strongly encourage you to consider whether this culture aligns with your values and goals. The gender dynamics here are difficult to ignore and create a work environment that can feel limiting and, frankly, very strange
