Good people; loyal, friendly and professional. Good atmosphere in the lower levels of the organizational pyramid. Fast paced company behaving like startup although it's a pretty old company.

Cons

Senior management difficult to work with. Pretty brutal politics in these ranks, affecting mainly mid-level management. Very hectic, sometimes too much due to lack of organic processes from the beginning. The company grew quickly in the past 5 years with out a good infrastructure of processes and systems to back up the growth.
