In theory it’s an 8-5 but they may guilt you for not staying longer.
Cons
Sneaky manipulative behind closed doors not in writing stories changing little empathy owners. They try the best they can but they are very old with poor taste and have trouble to see new ways of doing things so it’s going downhill fast. Poor management and taste levels as there’s little trust in their employees so they keep doing the same thing based on past experiences. Little diversity (lacking in melanin.)
