Pros
The work environment was positive and supportive. Colleagues worked well together and were always willing to help when needed. Supervisors were approachable and provided guidance and support whenever challenges arose. There was a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation throughout the agency. The workplace was comfortable and equipped with the resources needed to perform tasks efficiently and maintain productivity.
Cons
The salary was the main drawback, as it was not very competitive.
