      Pros

      I was here for 3+ years. Culture continues to get better as the company grows. It has it's growing pains, like all growing businesses. Pay is fair and benefits are decent for size of business. I am only leaving as I wanted a shorter commute.

      Cons

      Health benefits are a little higher than other larger companies I've worked for in the in the past.

      Pros

      Work from home one day per week (subject to CEO's mood), Casual dress.

      Cons

      No corporate structure, no employee culture, expensive benefits, lower end of the industry on pay, raises depend on your relationship with the owner as he gives those close to him raises/increases but declines the same for those who are not. Clients never renew the contracts. They have one main project that is in force because the owner has a personal friendship with the project owner, other than that, there are no new projects or very short term projects.

      Pros

      Noel is a great CEO, he is very open, shares vision, values and mission and asks for input and suggestions from employees. It is a very family orientated workplace, everyone works so well together.
