Extremely dysfunctional workplace. It’s not a great place for women - finance management is all men who will tend to drop all of the administrative tasks on you no matter your role. I was working 12+ hour days to keep up with the workload but it still wasn’t enough. They are very stingy with raises and the promise of eventual “equity” is nonexistent. Might be for you if you’re into the hustle of startup culture, but there are probably other startups that will treat their employees better. Very much a boys club run by money-hungry executives with a complete disregard for employee well-being. Also, there are a bunch of fake 5 star reviews from March and April written by management. If you look it’s pretty obvious.

I was hired to work east coast hours but quickly learned that would not be the case, I was working crazy hours + weekends. This is also a call center not a sales job.
