Best organization I've worked for over 30 years of technical and business experience. The org is focused on helping our customers stay secure, aware, and educated. My Leadership is confident, happy, and helpful. There is zero micromanaging. I am able to grow into other areas.

Cons

No org is perfect. Check Point has the same challenges any international org in this industry has.

Certain people in the senior management can be verbally abusive and talk down to you, and you are expected to just take it - utterly unacceptable Leadership is traditional and tend to be stuck in their ways, good and talented people will continue to leave Pay is not up to market rate

If you want to go to work with a smile- this is the place for you. For the last few mounts, I have been working at Check Point. I really enjoyed the entry process which was very unique. The people here are very committed to the mission and also involved fun with it.

Product is robust and you get a lot of exposure in the market. Management wants to make a difference and grow the company. Unfortunately years of poor management, favouritism and toxic culture prior to this team of leaders has built a lot of baggage that needs to be carried.

If you want to work with the brilliant of minds and a corporate and HQ management team who treats you like family, this is the place to be. I have immense amount of respect the CEO and what he has built in the last 26 years. His story is an inspiration to us all and the fact he wakes up everyday raring to go to work....amazing work ethics. My only consolation is that I managed to get out.

Cons

The current in region work environment is toxic to say the least and it starts from right from a regional leader who has little respect for his co-workers or any Check Point culture and little regard that this is a company built on integrity and trust in its people. The amount of CP folks that have left in the past year, taking away with them decades of experiences and customer and partner relationship. Its also the same group of people who is dedicated and passionate about making the company successful, that its more than the money to them, its the passion, the people and the company.

None whatsoever. Not deserving of any pros.

Outdated and clunky technology. Pathetic commission scheme. Political intrigue aplenty. Low regards by customers.

There are good products in the company and sometime it also makes a difference competing with other products.

Middle management doesn't treat working level well. They prefer yes man mentality. No advancement in the company.
