Terrible Place to Be

Pros

The original people who are left are passionate and amazing. Cherwell’s existing customers are trying to stick with us but having a hard time doing so.

Cons

Immature product that experiences frequent outages (customers don’t appreciate or tolerate outages with a SAAS application), lack of strategy and company direction, terrible benefits and constant terminations and layoffs make for a lot of instability within the ranks.

Pros

Flexibility to work from home when you can stand the madness and Costco snacks.

Don't let the "top performer" post from marketing fool you...they are paid to twist the truth. Including the truth about the company, product and ethics of the company as a whole. Old CEO was a borderline preacher, stepped down for an even more incapable CEO who comes from BMC who has brought in outsiders to tell him how to run the company. Many of those who have been laid of are not "low performers" as the other post states, more like they overhired intitally when company was trying to appear as if they were "growing rapidly" in 2015-2016. Now they are trying to cut costs to free up capital to keep the lights on and try to get the product up to date seeing as it is FAR behind our competitors. They are now telling the remaining fools that they were kept because they are "top performers" but yet have lowered merit increases and doubled their workload all to reward them for their hard work? Take the blinders off and realize you're just a pawn in the leadership team/boards utimate game, and they will not hesitate you pull the rug from underneath you when it's your turn. Fools would only believe that this company has their employees best interest in mind. Cherwell is a house of cards built on lies and a complete disregard for business ethics. The sooner everyone stops drinking the kool-aid the better but until then enjoy the stale pretzels and sodas, that's probably the only reward employees will be seeing in the future.
