Pros

NONE at ALL what so ever....

Cons

Where to begin? First off, this is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever witnessed. Profanity is a constant (even from upper management). No one, ever (that I witnessed) takes responsibility for short coming. BEWARE of the "benefits". Extremely expensive and basically worthless. BEWARE of the compensation package. Chetu will try and short their employees at any given opportunity. They wouldn't even payout EARNED leave time (Time on weekends and holidays spent traveling on your personal time). Travel perks are a joke (there are none). They spread out travel on red eye flights between 5-6 different airlines so don't plan on getting any rewards. They pay for the cheapest rates at hotels (sometimes miles away from your venue) so you earn ZERO hotel points (and you are expected to front large sums of money to stay at these hotels for incidentals, condo fees and taxes (sometimes in the hundreds of dollars then seek reimbursement) . Management is a total mess. No one knows anything, and new policies based on a demerit or "Violation System" are the only thing that seems to motivate anyone ( Straight out of Office Space, peoples only motivation to work is to try and not get constantly ridiculed or worse). Promotion from within is a joke. I had the single worst manager of my life while working at Chetu. Buddy-buddy systems promote people with ZERO people skills and pathetic sales skills. Sales 101 dictates you never use the word "FREE" (Not at Chetu). There are more endless examples of the internal incompetence which is standard operating procedure. The "Development" is based on a sad outsourcing model which has many, many, many unsatisfied customers. Positive reviews on Glass door are done by poorly paid workers in India to keep a semi positive, false employee ratings giving the COMPLETELY misleading notion that they are not so bad to work for. If you have a family or any type of life... forget about it. This company is a great place to work if you are young and naive, and don't have any idea what legitimate companies pay and compensate.

Pros

Everything about this company is low quality, from the services to the company culture. Horrible leaders, terrible benefits, ridiculous policies.

Cons

The company has a huge turnover rate both in America and India. The CEO of Chetu is not only a con artist but also extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Chetu’s CEO Atal Bansal is a deplorable human being who cares only about money. Employees are treated like personal property. All the positive reviews are fake, which is obvious.

Pros

It's really easy to be offered a job by them. Take them for a ride for 6 months, try not to generate too many leads, then use your time to find something professional before you get too involved.

Cons

Easy come, means easy go. 50% of your cohort will probably have moved on or have been sacked within 3 months of hire. Recruitment / onboarding / training is run by some old dude who conducts blind video interviews, trains people by only showing and reading directly from a PPT, and gets his jollies by humiliating his young female staff. EVERYBODY (high and low performers) has to deal with a neurotic CEO that has an inferiority complex, and often keeps himself busy insulting his staff. The DSs ( sale managers) are just NAMS who have managed to last longer than the others. Sycophants, who blame the NAMS for everything that goes wrong, and take credit for everything that goes well. Enablement team = Process control. They hand out NCNs (Non-Compliance Notices) for EVERY process and salesforce infraction, which affects your pay. NCNs get handed out even if you follow the right process. You have no right to object or appeal. If you check the language / grammar of each review here on Glassdoor, you can tell that all of the good reviews are written by the team in India, some of the job titles don't even exist in the organization. All the Negative reviews appear to be written by US based individuals, giving you a clearer insight. I expect Chetu HR based in India to respond to this review with a message stating that Chetu's values its high performers etc., but everybody has to deal with the same unprofessional conduct.
