      - Some flexibility in your work hours - Decently stocked pantry

      Cons

      - Poor leadership and management, with a toxic blend of micro-management and favouritism. - Lack of patience in the onboarding experience and there are no clear processes or documentation in place.

      Progression entirely based on how much time you spend drinking, smoking and partying with top management. Targets became unachievable as they could not afford staff Benefits were cut as were commissions

      - The culture here is quite relaxing and chill - Colleagues are good to hang out with - Work-life balance

      Cons

      - Favouritism, a huge problem. People who get promoted are not based on their performance but their closeness to their managers. Lots of talented colleagues come and go because of this. Some managers are really bad at managing the team and cause lots of workplace politics which drags down the efficiency and morale. - Not a place to help you develop your career
