exposure to unique machines and new manufacturers. Great exposure to other industry members for career advancement, travel to see industrial 3D printing settings.
Cons
very little redundancy for backup, expected to lead entire process line support and repairs with little help. No room for advancement in the company. Driving for machine repairs gets old.
