    Salary and benefits (holidays and health insurance)

    Cons

    - Toxic culture - management is not interesting in developing people - extra long hours (a lot of meetings after working hours, need to work on a week end and evenings) - zero on-boarding - no teamwork and no team spirit - very complicated organization
