-This company is hopeless, because all they care is about sales & revenue. They don't care about you. You as a human are nothing! -My upline manager is hopeless, a director who acts professional and pretends showing concern about you but all he really wants is to keep on pressurising you to forecast unrealistic number week over week. He basically doesn't care about the actual market condition no matter how you explain to him. -Super messy and complicated process with no proper structure whatsoever. It's a mess. -Lots of internal fighting over the same customer and who should get the revenue booking etc...(sales, renewal, account manager, etc....). This is stupid and ridiculous. -Complicated and outdated business model.
