      **Proceed with Caution** Know your worth on the market. May Bait during easy interview but SwitcH to super low pay.

      Pros

      Environment laidback and easy interviews. Job Pretty stable (perhaps due to low pay??). Upper management respect themselves.

      Cons

      Sadly, company Employs cheap labor. Majority are young (early 20s), recent asian immigrants, recent grads with master's degree willing to work for very little pay (way below industry salary rate) or sometimes no benefits package at all. Job description extremely murky/not defined and no guidance from upper management. Extreme crowding, cubicles everywhere on one floor of office bldg.
