Pros
Great salary. They are/were generous with pay. If you work hard, you do get acknowledged and are able to help with company growth and development.
Cons
The amount of work can be overwhelming, and work life balance challenging. The environment was mostly great except one person (VP of OPs) who made it a very hostile environment and gets away with alot.
