      This is a circus with bad mouthed ring master in the US

      Pros

      This is a circus where a mad ring master sitting in US with a negative mindset, bad mouth controls the teams. One Indian Manager from Mumbai is awesome, others are fake.. Everyone are experts in acting as if they are working they landed in wrong industry 😕 They pay high salary when they have critical requirement this becomes a trap to an employee who is looking for a change.

      Cons

      caution they don't pay pf so it's a huge problem for the future job switch. They fire employees left and right without any consideration. Thanks to the mad manager in the US, he fights with everyone.. CEO sits just watching the situation.

      It's been almost 2yrs, working with Clovertex. While starting my employment here, it was small -but skilled organization wrt AWS, DS and likewise, verticals. Organization do take care of their employees and acknowledge your knowledge and potential with perks or values. Management is broad minded, and I enjoy working here, till now :)

      Cons

      Nothing as such, we have grown now till 200+ and counting. Best place to work !
