- Passionate team - Provided guidance and advice while I adjusted to my new role - They cater their sessions to individual child's needs - Well-crafted lesson plans with good variety of resources

Cons

- Small but dedicated team - Back to back lessons can be tiring but seeing the children learning and improving makes all the efforts worthwhile
