- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
The work culture is very nice and flexible. The managers rarely micro-managed ppl as long as their performance is up-to-standard. Nice salary package for fresh graduates at early 20s. Internal communication is getting better.
Cons
The company does not care about your future career development. You have to obtain new skillsets at your spare time if you wish
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Excellent people, flexible working (home, spoke and wheel Wework, main coleman office), obtainable commission goals
Cons
Feast or Famine buisness cycle,
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Fully remote work, unlimited PTO, fun and friendly coworkers, great managers, work life balance - 9am - 6pm every day with an hour lunch break and 9-5 on Friday, so technically 39 hours a week. Not too difficult in terms of job duties, and great base salary with high commission potential. Great job for those somewhat fresh out of college with only a little work experience. Good benefits also
Cons
Can be high stress at times, and some clients/experts can be a little tough to deal with, but nothing too terrible or difficult. The initial training was a little hard to follow, and felt like an overwhelming amount of information at times. I learned the most actually doing the job- but I think that comes down to learning style and is common at most jobs.
