No pros at all. Not a happy work place.
Cons
I had a very disappointing experience with this organization. The company lacks professionalism and a clear vision. Management is disorganized and ineffective, with no focus on strategic direction or employee development. There are virtually no employee benefits, and the work culture is non-existent. Salaries are often delayed, causing unnecessary stress and financial uncertainty. Operational management is particularly weak, leading to confusion and inefficiency across departments. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a stable and respectful work environment.

Stable. Always something to do as the site build/system always had bugs.
Cons
Poor management. No pay raises. Bonuses abitrary. Not based on performance or attendance.
