      -Efficient Training & Support when on-boarding. -Encouraging atmosphere to ask questions or ask for help when needed. -all feedback is valued and heard -All employees and management ensure support, guidance, and assistance. -Flexible and understanding of schedules or personal matters. -Willing to accommodate career changes within company if expressed interest.
