No focus, high turnover, poor management, no path to advancement, 3 CEOS! and no clear leadership, a lot of funding spent on admin and not the community.
Great benefits package, solid salaries, 4day work week. I met really amazing people there.
Cons
CF is always trying to find itself and they are always reinventing themselves. This gets tiring after a while. Every year the focus shifts. They can never quite figure out what they offer the field that sets them apart.
Some staff over-analyze every situation, and promotions/praise are based on what you say to leadership versus what you actually do for the community.
