      Pros

      CHA continues to grow and change for the better. Leadership has been very helpful and caring during the COVID Pandemic. Allowing employees to ability to work from home, if necessary. Leadership is caring and helpful. They are showing you can grow and be promoted within the company.

      Sometimes the members are difficult to work with and engage into treatment.

      The pay isn’t that great Management is horrible The company does not care about their employees Money hungry and patients are just seen as a dollar amount Benefits are trash and not even worth getting
