if your a female you will get extra privileges, and management will let you get away with literally anything. one rule for one and one for another.
Cons
disrespectful management who devalue other staff members, do equality towards other ethnic backgrounds, toxic culture, institutional racism at its best, do remember, majority of the staff are tenants which says a lot. you got to laugh at what they are trying to achieve which is 20 years behind
