Pros
The benefits for BlueCross BlueShield of SC and subsidiaries are decent.
Cons
Some of the top level senior management contribute to high stress for employees and toxicity in the work environment at Companion Data Services. There seems to be high turnover with some staff positions. I cannot recommend CDS as a good career option. There are better career options at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina.
