      Pros

      Supportive team, knowledgeable BCBA supervision, and a culture that actually recognizes its employees. Once you establish trust with your client and family, you are given real autonomy to do your job.

      Cons

      Honestly nothing significant comes to mind. Every job has minor day-to-day stuff but nothing worth noting here.

      Pros

      Initially had great communication. Welcoming owner/office team.

      Cons

      Ran all of my licensure & credentialed me with insurance companies under their name to never give me a case. Agreed to telehealth to only be offered one in person case 6+ months after sending in onboarding paperwork. Minimal follow up, had to email repeatedly to inquire if I was still hired. Wanted to love this company and have this be a better introduction into insurance-based ABA but they appeared unorganized & to favor full time employees. Had the opportunity to meet some BCBAs and they seemed very happy there but it never clicked for me. I wouldn’t have provided all my licensure info if I had known it would be crickets afterwards.
