      Pros

      What an incredible team to work with! People who really care about what they do and always looking to be the best! Someone is always available to help me when I have a question. The atmosphere is welcoming for me to look forward to being in the office.

      Pros

      -Flexible schedule to accommodate personal obligations & ability to work remotely due to inclement weather -Consistent raises & annual bonuses

      Cons

      -A gross amount of gossiping in the office, in which management is not on the same page and insults/disregards their colleagues in front of subordinates, all whilst attempting to maintain a positive appearance. This, in turn, created a toxic work environment and unnecessary tension among peers. -Due to the rapid growth of the company, there are either irrelevant policies/procedures in place or unspoken ones in place set on a manager basis; no one is on the same page. -One of my managers screamed and stormed out of the building in front of the department due to one of their co-managers having to push back a meeting time. -Management is either in a meeting, has a closed door, or has an Airpod in and is regularly unavailable to meet.
