+ Fin-tech sphere + Office in the center of Minsk + Fruits on Wednesdays + They give students their first work

Cons

- They won't help you to grow anyhow, it is 100% on you. Ni mentor or stuff like that - Unclear process of salary review. It is not regular and you always have to ask your manager first to initiate it. - Difficult to receive higher title, because all high titles are taken by people, who work there for long time.

company - interview was in 2 stages: talking about my existing open source developments from github over phone and solving arithmetic problem during personal meeting; - i was hired to work from belarusian office but when american presidential administration issued order restricting cooperation with belarusian companies i was fired and belarusian employees switched their location to poland republic; - company provided bad feedback response what prevented find better job opportunity; - lack of salary inflation correlation index; atmosphere - in end-client office superiors authorities loudly and constantly were using obscenities when communicating to subordinates; - it was considered normal to use obscenities in working chat which is why it was extremely problematic to work intelligently; - there was no coordination between departments, employees preferred to reassign problems to each other to delay working hours and in fact request more funds from the end-client; security - it was required to work in closed end-client perimeter with limited network access; - security issues were resolving by changing topic of discussion during communication to ignore elimination of security vulnerabilities; - compatibl technologies llc administrator deliberately ignored and canceled work requests that were required to perform essential functions; - there have been repeated security incidents in end-client due to disinformation from compatibl technologies llc management; management - preferred not to notice and hush up obvious problems, such as open vulnerabilities in end-client products of end-client sector; - during hiring process i was attached by a belarusian recruiter to group head who did not fulfill and did not conform his duties as he preferred vice-president's badge; - group head deliberately and repeatedly misled, did not provide essential support, did not contribute to solving security problems, violated safety procedures, delegated problems to other employees, took a position that allowed leave clean only to him; - possible options of solving problems were boiled down to waiting to forget about problem in process of waiting; job - it was allowed to work only using outdated technologies in sensitive facilities where network access was extremely limited, it was also forbidden to use code snippets from third-party sources such as github, stackoverflow, etc. - numerous times had to work in two shifts to participate in project in time that was convenient for project manager; - team members did not contact or did not get in touch to complete work, that’s why it was required besides main part to do team member work as well to complete group work request; - it was considered good practice creating initially dead products; - remote work was limited and it was restricted to work from belarus republic; lack of bonuses - team building meetings were canceled; - 401k pension plan was not available; - parental support was not available; - dental insurance was not available;
